Dopo tanti giorni di navigazione impegnativa, un mare stato 3 ci sembra calma piatta!
Sveglia alle 6 per recuperare, pranzo luculliano nel bel borgo marinaro di Mochlos e pomeridiana pagaiata nel golfo di Agios Nicolaos, con il vento di ritorno che ci spinge lungo costa.
La fitta coltre di foschia non ci permette di apprezzare la bellezza del paesaggio e ci risparmia le brutture edilizie della città, poco ospitale con due viandanti: tutte le spiagge sono occupate da stabilimenti, mega-alberghi e discoteche.
Dopo 2 settimane di idillio con la natura è un brusco ritorno alla civiltà: proseguiamo fino all'imbrunire per sbarcare dopo 47 km sull'isola di Spinalonga, sperando sia stata risparmiata dall'assalto demenziale del turismo di massa.
Una bella spiaggia deserta di sabbia rosata ci ospita per la notte ed un concerto di grilli ci accoglie sotto le tamerici: il campo più suggestivo, con vista su luna rossa ed aurora infuocata sul mare!

After so many days of binding navigation, a sea 3 seem us like a calm sea!
We wake up at 6 o'clock to recover, excellent lunch in the beautiful village of Mochlos and afternoon paddle in the gulf of Agios Nicolaos, with the wind pushsing us along the coast.
The dense blanket of haze doesn't allow us of appreciate the beauty of the landscape and saves us form the ugliness of the buildings of the city, few hospitable with two kayakers: all the beaches are busy from mega-hotels and discos.
After 2 weeks of idyllic life in the nature, it is an abrupt return to the civilization: so we continue up to the dusk and we land after more than 25 n.m. on the Spinalonga island, hoping it is saved by the crazy assault of the tourism.
A beautiful desert beach of rosy sand entertains us for the night and a concert of crickets it welcomes us under the trees: the most suggestive night, with sight on a red moon and a red sunrise on the sea!
