Ci godiamo il panorama pagaiando al largo su un mare scuro, profondo e calmo, sul quale volano pesci argentati, martin pescatore iridescenti e soffioni bianchi...
Un gran caldo fino a sera, quando si alza deciso un forte vento notturno.
Dopo le pause a Lentas dagli scogli curiosi e a Kapetaniana dalla impressionante strada a tornanti, passiamo l'ennesimo promontorio spettacolare, questo guarnito di una grotta ampia, luminosa e dai fondali rossastri.
Sbarchiamo nel paese che non c'è: non ne parlano le guide e quasi non compare sulle carte.
Ma è un vero angolo di paradiso, siamo gli unici stranieri e un'atmosfera rilassata regna sovrana, tra i murales delle case affacciate sull'unica spiaggia a mezza luna di ciottoli scuri e la taverna sul mare dove ceniamo sotto le tamerici con l'insalata greca più buona del viaggio!
Questo tratto di costa ci ha davvero entusiasmato!

A very hot day up to evening, when it gets up a strong nighttime wind.
After the breaks in Lentas, with the curious rocky clifves, and in Kapetaniana, with the impressive mountain, we pass a spectacular promontorym with an ample cave, bright and with reddish backdrops.
We finally land in the village that "is not": the touristic guides don't report of it and almost it doesn't appear on the maps. This is a true angle of heaven, we're the only foreigners and a relaxed atmosphere reigns wherever, among the houses with wall paintings, leaned out on the only beach of dark pebbles, and the unique tavern under the tree, where we have dinner with the better Greek salad of the trip!
This part of Crete has thrilled us!
